Your email address and your order. For your own story, also your child's name and age, the photo, and anything else you fill in (a wish or a dedication).
What for
Only to make and deliver your book, and to help you if something isn't right. No newsletter, no advertising and no selling of data.
Who helps us
Stripe (payments), OpenAI (drawing the pictures with the photo as an example, and reading aloud), Anthropic (writing the story and checking the book), Resend (sending the email) and our server in the EU (Contabo). They only receive what they need for their task.
How long
We delete the photo straight after delivery, and always within 7 days. Your book stays online for you for a year. We keep payment records for as long as tax rules require (7 years), without the photo.
Your rights
You may view, correct or delete your data. Email us at info@portrio.nl. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or the authority in your own country.
