2. What you buy
Digital picture books: you read them online on your phone, tablet or computer, and you get a PDF to print yourself. Nothing is sent by post. Books from the series arrive in your inbox straight after payment. Your own story is made especially for you; it arrives in your inbox within 24 hours, usually within a few hours.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euros and include VAT: €4.95 per book from the series, every 3 books together €9.95, and €19.95 for your own story. You pay in advance via Stripe.
4. Right of withdrawal
For digital content delivered straight after payment, and for a book made especially for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply. We ask for your explicit agreement to this when you order.
5. Something wrong?
Is something not right in your book, such as a mistake in the text or a drawing that doesn't look right? Email us within 14 days. We will make it again, and if that doesn't work, you get your money back. Your statutory rights always apply.
6. Use
The books are for use within your own family. You may print them and read them aloud as often as you like; reselling or sharing them publicly is not allowed.
7. Photos
Only upload a photo if you are the child's parent or carer, or have their permission. We only use the photo to draw the book and delete it straight after delivery, and always within 7 days.
8. How we make the books
We make the stories and pictures with the help of AI. Every book is checked before it is sent to you.
9. Where we sell
We sell within the European Union. We are currently unable to sell to customers in the United Kingdom.
10. Law
Dutch law applies. If you live in another EU country, the consumer protection of your own country also applies.
